I’m Megan Hansen Connolly.

I'm an innovative instructional designer with expertise in instruction, training, eLearning, and every step of the design and development process.

I utilize adult learning theories and evidence-based approaches to design, implement, and evaluate instruction for learners with diverse needs in a variety of educational contexts in all modalities.
